About First Call

Les began his career in the restoration industry over 60 years ago, and has dedicated his entire life to the field. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of restoration, from emergency response to full-scale rebuilds, earning a reputation for expertise, reliability, and professionalism.

Les’s motivation in the business comes from helping people navigate some of the most challenging moments of their lives. He takes pride in guiding clients through the restoration and rebuilding process, turning what could be a devastating loss into a space restored to its full potential. His commitment to service and attention to detail have made him a trusted figure in the restoration community.

Outside of work, Les enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s hunting, fishing, or simply enjoying nature. He also treasures the moments he gets to spend with his family, balancing his passion for restoration with a rich and fulfilling personal life.

James’ construction career started unexpectedly while he was at NDSCS studying criminal justice and preparing for football. When COVID-19 hit, he returned home and found temporary work as a material runner for a remodeling company, which became a career-defining opportunity. He thrived in the fast-paced environment and discovered a passion for the industry.Over the next five years, James learned every facet of remodeling and restoration, building a strong foundation in project coordination and client communication. As a Project Manager at First Call, he brings field knowledge, problem-solving ability, and customer-focused leadership to every job.

Outside of work, James enjoys life’s simpler moments with his wife, cheers on the Minnesota Vikings, and unwinds with James Patterson novels.

For Anton (Tony), construction is more than a job – it’s a legacy. Starting at 7, he worked with his dad, mastering the trade, and by 13, he was already attending client meetings and deciphering blueprints. Tony’s expertise grew through the years, from running a framing crew to specializing in finish carpentry and cabinetry, eventually leading him to own his construction company. With 15 years focused on restoration, he’s built a reputation on his skill.

As a proud Family man, when Tony is not working, he can usually be found enjoying a game of pool with his Wife and three children.

With a passion for numbers and a keen eye for detail, she has excelled in her career, navigating the intricacies of financial management with precision and expertise for over ten years.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Carol finds joy in spending quality time with friends, traveling, and hitting up many concerts. An adventurous spirit, she delights in exploring new culinary experiences as well.
